How Can A Running Coach Help Me ?
About Me
About Me
I am a UK Athletics CiRF Qualified Running Coach based in Bath.
I work with runners of all abilities and ages and have helped many get started on their running journey, as well as helping runners who are looking to achieve either a specific race time or distance. I really enjoy being able to see people achieve actual results from their first session and see them gain confidence with every step.
I discovered that I could actually run in my 40's when I started running for my own fitness and mental health. I went from not running at all to completing my first full marathon in just over a year and then onto leading runs and now helping people through Run Coaching.
I am also Head Coach and Director of a small, friendly running group Run Bath and have helped thousands of runners train and run in many local races including Bath, Bristol and Chippenham Half Marathons.
Whether you are a non-runner or want to be podium finisher at a race - get in touch with me, everyone is different, and every coaching session, training programme and plan I create is bespoke to each person.
